This project involved the comprehensive renovation of a dilapidated rural home. Instead of demolishing the structure, we recognized its inherent character and potential for revitalization. The renovation process encompassed a complete overhaul, including foundation reconstruction, structural reinforcement, and both interior and exterior refinishing. Our approach balanced preserving the building's historical essence with ensuring compliance with modern building codes and standards.

Key aspects of the project included the careful extraction, restoration, and reinstallation of original flooring in the main living areas and entryway. This process involved meticulous cleaning, relaying, sanding, and sealing to achieve an authentic yet refreshed appearance. Additionally, we breathed new life into the existing fireplace, transforming it into a focal point. The newly designed bathrooms and kitchen were crafted to complement the home's heritage while incorporating contemporary functionality, resulting in inviting and warm living spaces.
